Brainbow Forge is a growing Queer, neurodiverse, group practice committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and clinically sound mental health care in Oregon. We support our clinicians with strong administrative systems, billing support, scheduling freedom, clinical support, free EMDR consultation hours,  and a collaborative team environment—so you can focus on clinical work, not paperwork.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking fully licensed clinicians who are confident, reliable, and comfortable working within a group practice. This role is ideal for clinicians who value structure, consistency, and teamwork while maintaining autonomy in their clinical work. This would be an ideal position for someone looking to gain their EMDR certification or strengthen their clinical skills around EMDR, dissociation, ADHD, Autism, PTSD, phobias, kink, poly, LGBTQIA+ issues, gender affirming letters, and more. 

Note: Clinicians who are eligible for CLSS status (distinct minority cultural community) will be assisted with the application process to be a CLSS provider. Approved CLSS providers can be eligible for additional quarterly bonuses! 

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted license in Oregon

  • LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LP, or PsyD/PhD

• Eligible and willing to be credentialed with insurance panels

• Ability to maintain timely, accurate documentation (90 days)

• Comfortable working with medical necessity and treatment planning

• Professional liability insurance

• Reliable availability and consistent attendance

• Ability to work remotely

Responsibilities

• Provide individual (and/or family/couples) therapy

• Maintain session notes, treatment plans, and required documentation

• Collaborate with the practice team as needed

• Follow practice policies, ethical guidelines, and compliance standards

• Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and referral partners
